RE-SCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

All rescheduling requests and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to cruisingthebay101@gmail.com

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 14 days of the departure date incur a 100% cost and no refund will be offered.

Cancellations 14 days or more, of the departure date, incur a 50% cancellation cost. The 50% cost is calculated on the original booking made.

RE-SCHEDULING

Re-scheduling dates are permitted on a case by case basis. If a re-schedule has been allowed, you will only have that one opportunity

to re-schedule.

Re-scheduling is not permitted within 30 days of the departure date and not permitted for dates in December or January.

Re-scheduling dates between 31 days and 60 days of the departure date incur a 50% rescheduling cost. The 50% cost is calculated on the original booking made.

Re-scheduling dates greater than 61 days of the departure date incur a 25% rescheduling cost. The 25% cost is calculated on the original booking made

Where we can find a replacement booking to fill the date/time of the original booking, then it is at our discretion as to whether the re-scheduling cost is waived

A 10% admin processing cost will apply to all re-scheduling of dates

All monies for the original date will be transferred to the new date as a credit. Credits are non refundable

Any proposed re-scheduled date must be within 12 months of the original booking date, otherwise the agreement will be deemed to be cancelled and all monies paid, forfeited as a cancellation cost

If costing for the new date selected has a higher rate, you will be required to pay the difference.
